Factory workshop building is an industrial, agricultural or commercial building for storage or production of goods, often have cranes and forklifts for moving goods around the structures. It is widely applied to workshop, storage, garage, hangar, etc

 

The frame of workshop buildings need requirement of fast and low-cost construction, without affecting the quality and durability. Steel workshop building adopts H type steel, square tube steel , hot-rolled steel, C type steel or Z type steel to combine or build framework. Roof and wall are color compressing corrugated steel sheet or color steel sandwich panel, windows and doors with better tightness performance.

 

Engineer designed the metal frame building with economical and stronger enough in mind. So it is better to have middle columns, if width more than 20—24m, or will increase the cost of steel structure building. A normal 1,000 square meter workshop buildings cost around USD35,000-40,000. And a normal 2,000 square meter workshop buildings cost around USD70,000-80,000. Generally the lager square meter, the lower cost of per square meter.

Installation:

There are 3 options of installation as following:

1. Clients install it by themselves according our drawings and simple video.

2. Our engineer to help on construction site. 

3. We provide installation team to help.
